The Juiciest Cheese Stuffed Burger

Indulge in gourmet goodness that's ready in under 40 minutes! Our Cheese-Stuffed Burgers are a quick and flavourful treat for your taste buds. With juicy patties, melty Emmental cheese, and refreshing lime and corn mint, these mouthwatering burgers will have you savouring every bite. Elevate your burger experience without the wait! 

Ingredients: 

  • 500g mince
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tomato 
  • 6 slices Emmental
  • 3 burger buns 
  • Your fave burger toppings: Shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, sauces of choice

Method: 

  1. Place the mince in a large bowl, and mix with the salt, garlic clove and Worcestershire sauce. Divide into 3 balls, to make 3 thick and juicy burgers.
  2. Fold 2 slices of Emmental into a square. Using your hands form the patty around the cheese, making sure the cheese is well enclosed in the mince mixture. Lightly press the ball on a work surface to help form it into the perfect patty shape.
  3. Air Fry at 205°C for 6 minutes.
  4. While the burgers cook, toast your buns and gather your toppings and sauces.
  5. Plate up your burgers with a smear of your favourite sauce, a slice of tomato, shredded lettuce, and sandwich it all between two toasty buns. Serve and enjoy!
